RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item. If you wish to purchase a replacement item please include details with your return. There is no delivery charge for replacement items.

We accept exchanges and refunds (excluding the shipping cost) on all our shoes!

We only ask for the following requirements to be met:

- Items should be returned unworn, in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered to be a part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

- Please return the unworn goods within 14 days.

 

 ARE RETURNS FREE?

We do not provide a free return service.

Please note that returning parcels are your responsibility until they reach us, so we suggest using registered post for peace of mind. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

 

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

 Simply email return@y-concept.eu and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you, and give you all the details you need.

 

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?

We have a centralized warehouse based in Germany, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns from around the globe.

We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you.

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

We endeavour to process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days. You will be emailed when the refund has been completed.

Shipping expenses are non-refundable. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the EU, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through the Y-CONCEPT Online Store.

Refunds can only be done on your credit card or on your bank account.

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
